Terri Harrington is a shareholder in the firm of Harrington Brewster and Clein, P.C. Terri as been a criminal, civil and domestic litigator for over 30 years. Terri specializes in divorce representation, conflict coaching, mediation, early neutral evaluation and collaborative law.
Terri was selected for the 2011 and 2012 Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers which honors those women who received the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards from their peers.
Terri is President of the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals, Past President of the Rocky Mountain Collaborative Law Professionals, President of Metro Denver Interdisciplinary Committee, a member of the Academy of Colorado Collaborative Professionals, a member of the executive board of the Family Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, the co-chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s Task Force on the Uniform Collaborative Law Act, a member of International Academy of Collaborative Practice, and the Colorado Council of Mediators.
She has studied conflict resolution, and non-adversarial communication since 1997. Terri is a contributing author of Collaborative Law, A New Model for Dispute Resolution, and has published many articles regarding mediation, other forms of dispute resolution and collaborative law.
Terri has been a guest speaker at the law schools at the University of Denver, and the University of Colorado, the Colorado Family Law Institute, and the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals conferences. She has conducted numerous trainings for attorneys in the areas of mediation and collaborative practice, and is a lecturer for local Continuing Legal Education programs. |
