• Mediation: For many families, mediation offers a less confrontational alternative to litigation. You and your spouse can discuss all of the issues related to your divorce and come to an agreement with the assistance of a neutral third party. At Harrington Brewster & Clein P.C., we are attorney-mediators.

• Collaborative law: Collaborative law is different from mediation because you and your spouse work in tandem with not only lawyers but financial planners and other experts to resolve disputes and create agreements that meet the needs of everyone involved.

• Early neutral evaluation: If you come to us early in the process, we may recommend early neutral evaluation. In this process, we do not give legal advice. Instead, we meet with you and your attorney as a neutral evaluator to offer recommendations going forward.
